Dr. Jada’S BIO
Dr. Jada Jackson Hill is president of Total Life Counseling – Dallas. Jada advocates for a bold advancement toward complementary behavioral health care as a precursor for clinical treatment; and leads the charge for employee wellbeing, innovative benefits, and corporate training throughout the country.
Jada is responsible for clinical and operational strategy to increase quality mental health services to the Dallas/Ft. Worth community. She leads her team of therapists and service providers who are passionate about treating mental illness.

In addition to owning a thriving private practice for several years as a licensed mental health counselor, Jada joined the team of the National Basketball Players Association’s Mental Wellness Program where she assisted in developing the first mental wellness training curriculum for the NBA players. She also served as a primary mental wellness trainer for the athlete team meetings. Also, Jada partners with the Major League Baseball Players Association to train MLB players on mental wellness. Jada continues to work with high performing athletes worldwide and enjoys the sports psychology counseling role she holds with various teams.
Along with educating team leaders and counseling athletes, Jada has worked with global healthcare providers to train executives and develop mental health content for employee assistance programs. Jada possesses a long list of companies that she’s worked with over the last decade including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Humana, Optum, Anthem EAP, Workplace Solutions, Beacon, Walmart, Mercedes Benz, Ginger, and many others.
Jada received her bachelor’s degree from Regent University in Professional Communication. Her doctorate is from Argosy University – Sarasota in counselor education and supervision; and she has a master’s degree in Human Services Counseling from Regent University and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in counseling psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
